For years, Katerina has been striving to prove that humans are smarter than computers. Prior to her time at Yellow Pencil she worked as a service desk manager for an IT company. Here, she monitors the company matrix, seeking Internet Protocols Packets, protecting the depths of the cyber tunnels and terminating all hackers. On occasion, her ridiculously cute dog Mellie stops by the Vancouver office to help out.
