Dan has been working in the IT industry for 11 years in a variety of positions, ranging from technical lead to managerial roles. Our resident Mr. Fix-It, he currently manages Yellow Pencil's hosted clients and data center, as well as any client/in-house technical needs. Dan is kind of like Batman – always at the other end of the bright red rotary telephone, ready to help when you need him.

(He doesn't actually have a red rotary phone, though. He prefers support tickets. Sorry.)
