The Yellow Pencil Edmonton office will be picking up and moving a whole block-ish away in 2012. Though we'll miss the Birks Building dearly – especially all the great people we've met here – we are admittedly looking forward to no longer requiring the use of space heaters in July.

Our team got their very first sneak preview of the new office a short while ago. It might not look like much now, but stay tuned – soon we'll have things like chairs, desks, and walls (crazy, I know).

Facing north. Blurry walking man not included in final office delivery.

Facing north-west. How did these hooligans get in here?

100% of Yellow Pencil employees surveyed think exposed brick is awesome.

The new view: you can almost see our former headquarters from here.

Our new freight elevator will make YP bicycle commuters very happy.

This photo mysteriously materialized on our wall. Justin Bieber: Our office patron saint, apparently.

We're looking forward to a spacious, climate-controlled new home in 2012. Until then, we're going to enjoy every last 30-metre coffee run here on 104th Street.
